SORRY, THERE’S NO BUDGET
by Kenny Campbell

Over the past two years, 26-year-old photographer Matt Irwin has captured the lives of the young, influenced and influential individuals that surround him. Irwin’s photographs capture behavior rather than a pose.

When it comes to Matt’s work, there are no sets, there are rarely models (if there are, they have to be streetcast) and its pure one-on-one photography. What you see is his life.

The exhibition SORRY, THERE’S NO BUDGET is a collection of works to show what you can do when you have all the odds stacked against you. Showing that you can basically do things with no budget, there is always away, you just have to be inventive!
