March 2, 2007 Show Three by Kenny Campbell Show Three is a collective of 22 young designers based in and around London, here are kctv’s top three: Ashley Fletcher: The collection was playful and modern, not too serious while keeping an adult edge, using vinyl next to knitted linen and super shiny satin giving depth to the collection. Michael Olestad Nybraten: Simple clean silhouette allowing the emphasis to be put on the lasercut jewellery. Mixing leather with treated cotton and silk jersey with sheer organdie created a look that is minimalist, yet decorated. Karen Gardkvist gave us body conscious with exaggerated details of bows and hoods that had the appearance that they were falling from the garments. The collection was elegant with a twist of fun.
