April 21, 2007 '128232' by Gemma Winter After unfairly losing out for the GFW Gold Award; Ross Jenkins’ has since gone on to win 'Best Men’s Line' and 'Best Traditional Line' at the first UK Urban Fashion Awards. His recent show at Alternative Fashion Week was an expansion of his last collection entitled ‘128232’, the number of a concentration camp survivor. Featuring exaggerated trousers with high waists and dropped crotches, fitted shirts and long jersey pieces. With the expansion of the collection enabling him to explore his central themes with greater depth; and saw Jenkins move into womenswear. ROSS JENKINS
