Mexican Yucatan food
by Tatu Vuolteenaho

It’s delicious, healthy and cheap. The food in Yucatan peninsula of Mexico is another good reason why this area is so good choice for a holiday. These are commonly used ingredients: Corn tortillas, tomatoes, onion, coriander, chilies, avocados, peppers, refried beans, lime, chicken, pork, fish, seafood and they are often made into little wraps called tacos, burritos or enchiladas. I didn’t always know which was what and dishes with same names were made in different combinations in different restaurants, but they were all so delicious. And if you don’t want to stay so healthy there are lots of big strong cheap and delicious tropical cocktails to drink afterwards. Soundtrack in these restaurants was equally enjoyable; either the sound of the waves of Caribbean or nice Latin music.
