During a party, Esther accidently gashes her leg, but instead of being alarmed by the sight of her torn flesh, she becomes strangely fascinated by it. At first, she merely caresses her arms and pinches her excess skin. But it isn't long before She is cutting and carving deep wounds into her own body. Much to her best friend and boyfriend's dismay, she refuses to discuss her actions. Esther becomes a woman consumed by her addiction and determined to explore her newfound passion.
