RITUAL ABUSE: PRIVATE VIEW 28.09.07
by Jamie E17

Featuring work by 21 artists from four of London’s top art colleges Ritual Abuse is a group show exploring the connecting themes between ritual, myth, symbolism, science, history and art. Students from Goldsmiths, the RCA, Central Saint Martins and The Royal Academy Schools will present new work combining elements of installation, painting, video/digital work, sculpture, photography and print making. The artists in the exhibition engage in a wide variety of ways with ideas of ceremony, alchemy, hand-made and technological production. They also explore the darker spiritual connotations that ritual and myth are associated with in contemporary society.

Friday 28th Sept - Oct 7th @ The Boys Hall, Dalston, London E8.
