Cunha - Porto Eatery
by Aki Choklat

This Porto eatery, established in 1973, is a well kept secret among clientele as varied as the menu--doctors, lawyers, clubbers, prostitutes and drag-queens alike. The 200 seat restaurant is in absolutely pristine condition, with its white leather sofa booths, white bubble lamps, chrome and wood panel elevated bar cum eating area. The type of a space that Tyler Brule or Tom Ford would certainly be drooling over.
You will not find the translated tourist menu here, but most of the food is quite easy to figure out. I ordered rice with duck, which basically was sort of a fried rice dish with an absurd amount of shredded duck. Delicious.
The bill came to about €30 (£21) for two with wine and dessert.
