December 18, 2007 DAVID SHRIGLEY by Jamie E17 Glasgow-based British artist, David Shrigley returns to the Stephen Friedman Gallery for his 5th exhibition. David's solo show is a collection of darkly disturbing drawings, doodles, sculptural work, photography and animation. David's art frequently asks questions about the nature of contemporary art and its audience - the dysfunctional absurdity of our existence. Other recent projects include the newly released album 'Worried Noodles' including collaborations by David Byrne, Hot Chip and Franz Ferdinand.
