June 18, 2008 Industrial Magic & Light by Jamie E17 Tomorrow evening, Hoxton's coolest boutique Goodhood, present's a solo exhibition of new works on paper by British artist Russell Maurice. A selection of works including large format prints, collage, lighting and paper sculpture combine intricate drawings with bold comic imagery, photography and print. Stylistically influenced by his involvement from an early age with graffiti culture, his work often reflects the spontaneity of this practice, its informal forms of expressivity and language of activism.
