March 1, 2009 GEMMA SLACK by Gemma Winter Despite only graduating in July, Gemma Slack is already known for her work with human hair and untreated leather garments, this season saw her mixing up mini leather dresses, cropped jackets. Slack played with the ideas of protection, giving garments a medieval armour feel combined which with digital printed smoke. The designer commented "It was based on this article I read on religion and technology, and how they effect each other in the 21st Century." GEMMA SLACK
