March 4, 2009 SCOTT RAMSAY KYLE by Gemma Winter This season Scott Ramsay Kyle chose to showcase his latest collection at the Sackler Gallery at the V&A. showing off his trademark chic embellished tabards, far removed from any normal association with dinnerladies serving up turkey twizlers and smiley potato faces. The presentation was accompanied by a short film by Amy Gwatkin, shot at the ICA the week before. Which sees model Siobhan Brewster, backcombed to perfection by Eoin Whelan, strutting about to Sonic Youth's cover of The Carpenter's Superstar. watch the video here
