BELLE SAUVAGE AUTUMN/WINTER 2011
by Gemma Winter

Known for their textile prints, this season the duo have taken a more subtle approach with a collection that was dominated by leather, lace, and nude tones. With the prints that were on show taking a spooky edge with the gradient effect running down the pieces. The collection was part inspired by David Cronenberg's Videodrome, but still had elements of previous collections influences of HR Giger and Metropolis.

I'm still in shock by the presence of an all white finale look and loving the HUGE industrial sculptured Belle Sauvage x Lara Jensen hat, shame there weren't any more head pieces.
