February 25, 2011 ALEXANDRA GROOVER AUTUMN/WINTER 2011 by Gemma Winter The location for the launch of Birth was perfectly matched to the collection, taking place at Holborn's Hunterian Museum. With a screening of Au Matt's video set amongst cadavers and anatomy parts of pickled Georgian children. The soundtrack shocked some of the more sensitive members of the audience, as it featured the vocal stylings of a woman giving birth. Both mens and womenswear feature in the collection this season, with the unisex pieces being easily manipulable from being experimental to more wearable. This season also sees the debut collaboration of shoes with Benjamin John Hall, a futuristic take on Geta's which wouldn't look out of place in Blade Runner. image stills Paul Phung watch the video of the collection
