October 10, 2011 Scandal Eyes Mascara from Rimmel by Billy Clarke I really like this product. The shape of the brush is square but rounded at the end and the bristles are spaced out perfectly so you get separated lashes. The packaging is bright neon orange with bold black lettering and is obviously made to stand out on the shelves but I think that it is too overpowering and too flash for the product and in my mind it doesn't say mascara, more like a highlighter. However, I only needed one coat and it looked great. Then I tried adding some more coats and I still got separated lashes. In comparison with other mascaras that I have tried I think this one is well up there with the best. Overall this product is fun, glamourous and definitely scandalous. Rimmel
