October 10, 2011 Glam Eyes HD Union Jack Eye Shadow by Billy Clarke This eye shadow is amazing! I love it. It is a creamy powder in the shape of the union jack like a lot of Rimmel's range. When I was applying it I was amazed at how well it glided across my skin and also how long it stayed on for. The shade I have is black cab and what a shade it is. The colours blend and interlock perfectly with each other. Another good aspect of the eye shadow is that on the back it tells you where to put it and how. The only bad thing about it is that it got a little messy in the box because its a very loose powder. But it is still a very good eye shadow. Rimmel
