This area is great for shopping and people spotting. The Ritz restaurant has great looking waiters (all models of course) serving Italian, Brazilian and French cuisine to a young fashionable crowd. Prices range from R$15 to R$30 and each day see a different special a big favourite is bike à milanesa (a breaded beef cutlet) with creamed spinach and french fries. This is also a great place to go at night where as the evening progresses it becomes a lively bar and is very popular with the young gay crowd.
