It started out as with a few self proclaimed "drug addicts" scamming the welfare in 1994 and now it has become a global empire of hedonism known simply as VICE. From a 16 page in a local newspaper about punk bands to stores, a clothing line, VICE Films, VICE TV, VICE Records, viceland.com. Its not really a fashion mag, more a social commentary on whats happening and creative around the world. I like its humor, charm and swearing.
