MY OTHER CAR IS A BUS
by SCOTTEE

Thats the new £2million advertising campaign Transport for London (TFL) and Mayor, Ken Livingston are using to encourage us to use the buses, and its working. 6,000 more people are now using them. But do they work?

There is an average of 53 complaints everyday and 2,600 injuries caused by reckless bus drivers each year.

"A priority of the Mayor is to simplify and hold down fares, as resources permit, to encourage a shift to public transport" commented a TFL representive, but a single bus journey is £1.20, thats more than a trip from London to Manchester. is this really encouraging the shift?

Many think this is a issue for little old ladies...
But transport for those 60+ is free!
