June 1, 2005 Sweet ‘n’ Sour by Kenny Campbell Sweet ‘n’ Sour, the monthly art night, is back at 291 Gallery on Tuesday 14th June 2005 from 7pm Sina Shamsavari's artwork is presented as a slideshow and his nude portrait of performance poet Ernesto Sarezale - wearing only a fisting glove and surrounded by flames - comes to life as Ernesto concurrently takes the stage to present his own parallel, provocative vision of (un)reality. In its June edition, Sweet and Sour will also feature Xavior Roide keyboard player of Placebo and host of Hanky Panky cabaret, electro music duet The Bare Leg Club and other unusual, experimental acts.
