In Richmond if a minor (under 16yrs) is found in a public space after 9.30pm they will be taken home and liable to get ASBO’d At the same time many young peoples services are being taken away due to lack of core funding, so what are young people supposed to do? One teen from Richmond is currently suing his council Under the civil rights act. Good on ya!
