The toilet cum art gallery at The George and Dragon in Shoreditch has gained a most avant-garde reputation. This atmospheric installation from I-Cabin is no exception. A flourishing tree planted in soil emerges from the toilet receptacle, questioning the fertility and organic nature of what a toilet can be. From what is considered waste, a thing of beauty emerges, the cycle of life and death is a continual movement and is considered here in a most ingenious fashion.
