Dave Clarke, UK
Clarke has a well-deserved reputation as one of the best techno and electro DJs in the world. These days his DJ diary is booked solid six months in advance. Clarke's reputation was sealed at the start of the 1990s when he produced a series of EPs with the collective name 'Red'. Signed to de-Construction he received rave reviews for his 1996 debut album 'Archive 1' which dabbled in breakbeat and electronica, a novelty for the puritanical techno scene of the time. Clarke, then as now, has no time for techno purism. Clarke's sets, his extraordinary mixing skills mashing up techno, electro, ghetto-tek, hip hop and even 1980s new wave numbers, has remained in constant demand. He put out a number of mix CDs including 2001's first 'World Service' set which showcased his dual love for electro and techno. His album The Devils Advocate released in 2004 is a mixture of dark Techno, and hip hop featuring Chicks on Speed and DJ Rush. He also made a relatively experimental John Peel Sessions EP, known as "Directional Force". "Music has always brought me through, even in times when I've had nothing. Music has given me everything and I feel I have to give everything back. I don't know what I'd do without it, it's in my blood and bones, the only constant throughout the whole of my life."

Slam (Soma), UK
The legendary UK techno duo of Stuart McMillan and Orde Meikle have travelled far and wide, touring Australia, the USA , Europe, South America and Japan and they hold residencies at 2 of the UK's best clubs (Pressure in their home town of Glasgow and Fabric in the nation's Capital, London.) Their new label Paragraph sees the pair focus on their own productions entirely. The first release 'City Destroyer', with its sinister pitched vocals and crafty, crisp and skippy electronic soundscapes, secured club plays from the likes of Richie Hawtin, Adam Beyer and Laurent Garnier. Paragraph 2, 'Hot Knives', was even bigger staying in the Beatport top 10 for 10 weeks with plays from just about every big name. This surge in activity has put them in demand as remixers with fellow big names such as Josh Wink, Paul Ritch and Radio Slave calling on their services. SLAM are also the proud co-owners of Soma Records, which, in its 18th year, continues to be one of the world's finest purveyors of cutting edge electronic music.

Tatu (KCTV)
His clubbing 'career' began as a go go dancer / club kid / photographer in the infamous Disco 2000 in New York in 1989. During his univiersity years in Rovaniemi he organised parties and started DJing. He lived many years in London and played and hosted in clubs such as WetYourself, Egg, Area, Nag Nag Nag, Crash, The Cock, Horse Meat Disco, Kaos and Actart. He even appeared on the Radio1 stage at London Pride with Mikko Karhu for hundred thousand people. His DJing style has varied from chilled minimal house at London's fashion week opening party to banging tech-house at afterhours clubs in Milan. In Helsinki he has played in venues such as Redrum, Kuudes Linja and Loop. In addition to playing music he is still, after all these years, enthusiastic to dress up in all possible colours and shapes and documents the nightlife with his camera. His unique looks have been seen on the pages of Interview, The Face, I-D, Sunday Times Style, Boyz, QX, Vogue(Japan), Vision(China) and on the pages of webzine KCTV which he co-produces with Kenny Campbell.
